Vacation
Well, I'm thoroughly excited about my upcoming vacation. Man was not meant to sit behind a computer screen all day. At least I wasn't!
For the next week or so there won't be any posts but hopefully when I get back I'll have some interesting things to say.

I'm hoping to get off my duff and return to running. Seeing how happy all the campers were at the Chinese restaurant last night, I realized that my sedentary ways need changing. Big time.

Brian, this really inspired me. What better cause to run for? I'd go for a good dose of humility and some serious fun and food! I'm hooked, addicted, in training:)
