RS. New 5k PR today at Webster County 5K in course around Marshfield High School. 24:44. Trophy for age group. Nuff said.

I thought I was going to get an age-group first but the Branson boy smoked me. I was sandwiched between two 60 year olds, but still scored a second place trophy.; May 27, 2007 5:19 pm

I almost wish I had been there. But I'm going to run a 5K this weekend and hopefully I'll get another pr myself.

I will do the Sifford Day in the Ballpark 5K this weekend.
I'm thinking about also doing the Cox Medical Mile just because I've never done a one-mile race.
I don't know if doing the one mile first would have any impact on my 5K effort. We'll see.; May 28, 2007 8:44 pm
