Training tips for Chicago

Training for the Chicago marathon? is looking out for you.

I see they've got 12 weeks worth of training tips so far. Perhaps some of them will be Chi-town specific.

RS - you've probably already seen this, but if not, that's the purpose of this post.

And their week 12 schedule has runnings doing 38 miles total with a long run of 12 miles.

If you haven't seen the new redesigned, you'll have to take a look.
It features two videos. One is of the course and the other is of a previous Chicago Marathon (condensed, of course).
The second is a little comical because we see the Kenyans crossing the finish line, and then the masses moving through Pilsen at mile 19.
And then we see Deena Kastor crossing the finish line, and flash back to a slower moving crowd at Chinatown at mile 21.
