That's freaking hilarious. Never had a betterlaugh! Are YOU game?
50K?? Maybe someday.
Right now I'm just trying to get ready for Jan. 14.
I'd be up for a couple of 18s with you, if we can work around a crazy schedule. I'm back in the game, but have to buffer this week to make sure. New shoes, some insoles and some sleep.......we'll have to chat about it later. I really do want to see you through Arizona and be on the other end of the phone when you are finished. My cousin gets married that very weekend.
Well, you make sure to get your sleep.
One thing I learned in Santa Fe are that the two most important aspects of a good training plan are high intensity workouts and rest. Don't skimp on your rest.
Anyhow, my plan is for 18 on the weekend of Dec. 9-10. We can match that up somehow.
talk to you soon.

And I'll help you get through the run for the ran on New Year's Eve as well.
Hey, Brian. I know that rest is utterly crucial. I'm going to sleep in ever weekend from now til then and try to shave off Leno after Headlines..no more Craig Fergusson of Home Improvement at midnight! Also, food is important. I might just keep eyeing that nasty four-meat pizza with skanky old pepperonni and devour it when the weather is frigid. I've been back to running more lately. Mornings are fairly early about 5:30 and I go out three miles. Afternoons are for crosstraining and a few more miles. Some speed work and I've been hitting the basketball court lately. The choice is yours as to the route, but what thinketh ye about December 10? If I'm not mistaken that will be week 14 of the NFL and high time for the Bears to make a comeback, but I could skimp on that. Your timing is impecable and as far as authors, have you ever read Erma Bombeck? She's one of my other faves, with some great humor, perhaps a great wedding gift for your brother and sister-in-law-to-be:) Of course, she ranks right behind Cosby, Orwell, Sinclair, Crighton, McCain and Brokaw. But see if the Well Fed Head has any of her musings when you're in there next! Toodles and remember to keep your feet warm this coming weekend!
