OKC Marathon
Ryan and I had a good day.
We both scored PRs. Jim(3:52:58) Ryan(4:36:54)
Neither of us expected a good race. I had been sick (temp 101 on Tues and antibiotics) and Ryan was doing his third marathon in less that 60 days. It was raining at the start and windy. One never knows.
I qualified for Boston!

By windy he means strong wind blowing AGAINST US much of the way.
It was fun.
Congrats again, Jim.
Congrats Jim!
Impressive all the way around. I guess now I know someone I could split a room with at Boston next year...
Considering I just started gimping my way through easy runs on Friday, I can't imagine being ready to run another marathon in a couple weeks, let alone another one after THAT. Wow.
