I have finished the race
I finished the race.
I did not hit any wall.
I had a great time.
The race took me just under five hours. The memories will last a lifetime.
It was beautiful. You should have seen the mist rising off of the St. Joe River as the sunrise.
More marathon thoughts to come in the next few days.

Here's another link to remember from from MarathonTraining.com
Since I'm here in South Bend, I think I'll just relax for the next seven days. I may do some easy running or run walking at some point.
Tomorrow though I have no plans but possibly to go to church and then relax all day.
Nice job! Bet it felt awesome to cross that finish line. See you when you get back.
Sweet! Have fun takin' 'er easy.
Hey Jody,
Taking it easy is as simple as thinking about that Eagles song and as hard as wrestling with my new goals.
But I keep finding good links about marathon recovery.
Should be pretty useful.
